The stones are attached to a sturdy mesh backing using non-toxic, environmentally safe glue. Excellent tile!
My husband has just built us a lodge type house. We put this tile on our kitchen walls, entry room, and later we will install as a fireplace surround. We couldn't be more pleased with this product. With a quality mastic, the heavy tile stayed on the wall with minimal effort. Much more easy to install than we thought. When finished, we applied an impregnable sealer twice and the stone is completely waterproof and has a nice warm soft sheen to it. It gives my house a castle old world look. Highly recommended. Very grateful for this stone.

Great tile/delivery was more of an issue
We had ordered a sample of the tile to make sure it was what we were looking for - was exactly what we needed. Was nice to get a sample so there were no surprises. The tile was packaged well and arrived as promised.
