Great Flooring Choice This tile was installed in our new walk-in shower and it is beautiful! I can't comment on ease of installation, as we hired that out but the installers did it quickly and it looks great. We haven't used the shower so hopefully it is easy to clean too. Our builder has said that our shower is his favorite part of our house...with good reason, the floor really sets it off!

Nice Product with Pro's & Cons Nice looking and easy to cut with wetsaw. When estimating coverage use 9.25X9.25. Affirm other comments made previously such as must be grouted because of gaps. Soft tile will stain unless sealed and kept sealed

Beautiful but labor intensive. Although we absolutely love the final result, this is probably the worst tile we have ever laid. It came in sheets and the sheets did not match up when laid next to each other, requiring us to take individual pieces out and replace them with ones that fit better. The hours of labor to install this was three times what it should have been.

Tiles don't fit together This tile is beautiful and just as pictured, however, no two tiles are the same size so its impossible to got them together without the seam being noticeable. We had to remove everal stones from each square and apply them individually to try and make it less noticeable. Defeats the purposes of buying sheets instead of individual stones

BEWARE 1) WRONG COLOR: The tile arrived with mostly light grey herringbone (as shown on the website) but multiple boxes arrived in a much much darker grey. We'd already laid down half the floor when we opened the boxes that were "darker" -- see photos attached. Customer service was very unhelpful until the contractor got on the phone to communicate how incorrect the tie pieces looked. Customer Service ultimately/begrudgingly agreed to send replacements but sent them via US Postal Service (who knows when they will arrive) when the first shipment was sent via UPS and arrived in 2 days. It has been 5 days and still no replacement tile. We have construction crews being held up and delayed because of Pebble Tile Shop and their disappointing product quality. 2) WRONG SIZE: Size not actually as advertised. The size of these sheets is NOT 11x12. More like 10x10 so we had to order more sheets. Again, we're still waiting for those to arrive. We needed 100 square feet so we ordered 110 so we had extras. STILL we had to order 20 additional sheets to cover the floor. 3) DIFFICULT TO INSTALL: The tile is NOT easy to install. The herringbone sizes are very irregular so they don't fit together like they appear they should. Our tile installer is extremely experienced and it's taking him days of extra cutting and fitting to get these to lay down properly. We truly wish we'd never ordered these!
